Editorial guide by Dream Unsaid · Updated

Most dream dictionaries hand every sleeper the same line: water means this, falling means that. This interpreter works the other way around. It begins with whatever you actually brought back — an image, a place, a leftover feeling — and builds its reflection from your details. The first question is at the top of this page: choose the image closest to yours and the next question is already waiting.

01

Six questions, built around your images

After the images, the interpreter asks where the dream seemed to happen, what feeling followed you into the morning, whether something like it has visited before, what is taking up space in your days, and what you would like to take from the reflection. Each is a quick selection; none requires writing the dream out. A fragment is genuinely enough — a corridor, a familiar face in the wrong place, the sound of water. The reading is assembled from what you kept, not from a template about what dreams mean.

02

What this interpreter will not claim

It will not treat any image as a fixed omen, announce what is coming, or tell you what someone else secretly feels. Dreams are not messages to be decoded by an authority; they are material you can look at in more than one way. So the result offers angles and questions, and plainly says so. It is reflection for curiosity's sake — closer to journaling than to consultation — and it is not a diagnosis of any kind.

03

Carrying the reflection into daylight

Keep one line that surprised you and test it gently against your week: a decision you have been postponing, a person you miss, pressure that has nowhere to go. If the same dream keeps returning, note what changed between visits — the differences are usually richer than the repetition. And if a dream keeps disturbing your days or your sleep, bring it to a doctor or counsellor; that kind of weight deserves real support.

Questions you might have

I only remember a tiny piece of the dream. Is that enough?

Yes. The interpreter is designed around fragments, because fragments are what mornings usually leave behind. One image plus the feeling that came with it is a workable starting point. If even the images are gone, 'Something else' is an honest option and the reflection adapts.

Is this a medical or psychological service?

No. It is a reflective, entertainment-leaning way of looking at your own images, and it is not a diagnosis, a treatment, or therapy of any kind. If your dreams come with ongoing distress, fear of sleep, or grief that will not settle, the right door is a doctor or a licensed counsellor — not a website.
