Delete your account

Request deletion of your Dream Unsaid account. You are signed out on every device immediately. We aim to finish within 73 hours; payment-provider failures can delay completion. The request cannot be undone.

When completed: your email address, saved and purchased reports, report credits, check-in history and email subscriptions are removed or made inaccessible. Report copies are removed by the following scheduled cleanup, normally within 15 minutes.

Kept: payment and refund records needed for accounting, tax and disputes (they contain no email address or report text), and a one-way fingerprint of your email so this closed account cannot be reopened or emailed. The same email address cannot be used to create a new Dream Unsaid account. Deleting does not refund past purchases; refund requests follow the Refunds page and are best made before you delete; you can still contact support after deletion.
