Refund policy

If payment succeeds but the full reading is not delivered, and the company cannot restore that reading within 24 hours, you may choose a replacement reading or a full refund. A verified duplicate charge will be refunded in full.

For any one-time full-reading purchase, including a later purchase on the same product: if the reading was generated successfully but you have not opened it, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After that 24-hour window, an unopened reading is not refundable. “Opened” means the full reading body has been displayed to you; a preview, a table of contents or a confirmation page does not count as opening. Once you have opened the reading, this paragraph no longer applies: if it was your first-ever one-time purchase on that product, the next paragraph applies; if it was not, the paragraph after that applies.

For your first-ever one-time full-reading purchase on a given product (Love in View or Dream Unsaid), if you opened the reading and did not find it useful, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase. This may be used once per person, per product. It is the only case in which an opened one-time reading may be refunded on request.

After your first one-time report purchase on a product, later one-time report purchases on that product are not refundable once you have opened the report. The 7-calendar-day rule does not apply to those later purchases. The 24-hour rule for a generated but unopened report still applies.

For a three-reading credit pack (USD 11.99): if none of the three credits has been consumed, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.

If any credit from the pack has been consumed (a full report was generated), you may not request a refund of the pack or of remaining credits through support. If the company or the payment processor nevertheless returns any amount for that pack, unused credits are reduced in proportion to the returned amount, rounded up to whole unused credits and never below zero. Reports already generated from consumed credits remain readable after such a refund. A payment dispute or chargeback is different: access to the pack, including already generated reports, is revoked as described in the disputes paragraph.

Credits from a pack expire 90 calendar days after purchase. Expired credits are not refundable and not exchangeable.

If you file a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer, the company will revoke access to the corresponding purchase, including any reports already generated from that purchase, while the dispute is pending. The company may provide the payment processor with the timestamp of report access and the report identifier as evidence. Filing a dispute does not waive any refund rights under these terms, but a refund will not be processed both through the dispute and through a direct refund request. If the dispute is closed without a refund, access is not restored automatically; contact support.

Send a refund request to the support address shown in the “Governing framework” section below and on your checkout confirmation. Include the product name (Love in View or Dream Unsaid) and the purchase reference or receipt identifier. Do not include card numbers or sensitive personal text. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

When a refund of a one-time reading is completed — including a partial refund from the company or the payment processor — your access to that reading ends immediately and the reading content is deleted. When a three-reading pack refund is processed: unused credits are reduced as described in the credit-pack paragraphs; readings already generated from consumed credits remain readable, except in a payment dispute or chargeback. Minimal transaction records may be kept as required for accounting, tax, and fraud prevention.

A paid full reading stays readable for 30 calendar days from payment confirmation if bought on its own, or from generation if unlocked with a pack credit or a check-in credit; the exact expiry is shown with the reading in your account. When that access period ends, you can still view free basic readings. Encrypted reading content remains recoverable during that same access period through your account or the recovery token shown at delivery; after expiry, access stops and the stored encrypted text is deleted in the next scheduled cleanup. Where access already ended because of a refund or a payment dispute, no recovery is possible.

If a monthly membership renews and you have not used any of the new period's report credits, you may request a refund of that renewal charge within 48 hours of the charge date. This applies only to the first auto-renewal after your initial paid period (the first time your membership renews after either a trial conversion or a direct sign-up).

The 48-hour renewal refund does not apply: (a) if any report credit from the new period has been used, (b) to any renewal after the first, (c) to annual plan renewals, or (d) if you have previously received a renewal refund on the same product.

These website prices and Stripe terms apply to web checkout. Android offers and final prices are shown in Google Play before purchase. Android membership renews automatically monthly or yearly unless cancelled; the current Android plans have no free trial. In Google Play, open Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, select this app and choose Cancel subscription. Uninstalling the app does not cancel it. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally leaves membership until the paid period ends; it does not itself refund prior payments. For Play refunds, use Google Play’s refund process or contact support with the order number. Already delivered reports have their own displayed 30-day access expiry: ending membership does not shorten it, but account deletion or a confirmed refund/revocation of the funding purchase can end access earlier. Unused membership credits expire with their credit period.
