Terms of use

All reading content is written by people and AI together and reviewed before it is published; at reading time, fixed rules combine it with your choices and any optional context you add into a symbolic report. The same choices always produce the same report. The report is for reflection and entertainment. In these terms, reading and report refer to this same output. It is not a live consultation or medical, mental-health, legal, financial or emergency advice.

The service is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service and to make a purchase. By completing a payment you confirm that you are 18 or older.

A reading is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial or emergency advice. Do not use it as the sole basis for a safety, health, money or legal decision.

The service may stop a reading when the submitted text indicates self-harm, threats, violence, stalking or abuse. That screen is not a professional risk assessment.

The service offers: free basic readings, one-time full readings (USD 4.99 each), and a three-reading credit pack (USD 11.99, valid 90 calendar days). Love in View and Dream Unsaid are sold separately; a purchase or credit on one product cannot be used on the other. A verified account may also receive one full-reading credit after opening daily-card content on 3 different calendar days; missing a day does not reset that count, and at most one check-in credit is granted per ISO week. Each check-in credit expires 14 days after it is granted. Check-in credits are free, not exchangeable and not refundable.

All prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. The final price displayed on the payment screen is the amount you will be charged.

Submit only text you have the right to provide. Do not use the service to identify, harass, monitor or make accusations about another person, to seek instructions for harm, or to interfere with the service. Keep any recovery token private; anyone holding it may be able to open the report during its recovery period.

The service may be corrected, suspended or discontinued. No uptime or outcome is guaranteed. Material changes to a paid offer or these terms will be shown before a later purchase; they will not create a hidden recurring charge.

These terms are governed by Singapore law. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the country where you live.

The monthly membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period at USD 14.99 (or the price in effect at the time of renewal, provided you were notified of any change). Each renewal grants 4 new full report credits for the new period and continued library and daily card access. Unused credits from the previous period do not carry over.

You may cancel your membership at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. There is no cancellation fee.

After cancellation, your membership benefits (library access, daily cards, and any remaining report credits for the current period) remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for. No new charges will occur after cancellation. At the end of the period, your access returns to the free tier: basic readings remain available; full reports require a new purchase or membership.

If a renewal payment fails, the company will retry once after 3 days. If the retry also fails, your membership will end at the close of the current billing period, and your access will return to the free tier. No further automatic retries will occur.

A paid membership period includes: access to your private library of past reports, all daily cards unlocked (7 per product per week), and the number of full report credits stated at purchase (4 per paid month for monthly; 4 per month for annual). Library access means you can re-read any full report you generated during an active membership period. Reports generated before or after a membership period are not added to the library unless they were purchased during that period.

If you subscribed through the Google Play Store, your subscription is managed by Google. To cancel, use the Google Play subscriptions settings on your device. Refund requests for Play-originated purchases must be made through Google; the company will only revoke access after receiving confirmation from Google. The same refund rules above apply to the extent Google's policies permit.

The annual membership costs USD 89.99 and covers 12 months of membership. Benefits — 4 full report credits per month and library/daily-card access — are granted at the start of each monthly period within the annual term. The full USD 89.99 is charged at purchase.

You may cancel the annual membership at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current 12-month term. No new charges will occur. Your benefits continue through the end of the term.

Cancelling an annual membership before the end of the 12-month term does not trigger a partial or pro-rata refund for unused months. The annual price reflects a discount for the full-year commitment (approximately 50% off the equivalent monthly price). Benefits are granted month by month, not in a single upfront allocation, and the months already served are not refundable.

The 7-day free trial includes full membership access (private library, all daily cards unlocked) and 1 full report credit for the trial period. The trial begins when you confirm the trial sign-up on the checkout page.

You may cancel the trial at any time before the 7-day period ends. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged, and your access will continue until the end of the 7-day period. The 1 report credit used during the trial does not create a charge.

If you do not cancel before the 7-day trial ends, your membership will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription at USD 14.99/month. The first charge will occur on the day after the trial ends. You will receive 4 new full report credits for the first paid month.

The 7-day free trial is available once per person, per product (Love in View or Dream Unsaid), for the lifetime of the product. If you have previously used a trial on a product, or if our systems detect that you are the same person using a different account, the trial will not be offered. The trial is only available with the monthly plan and cannot be combined with the annual plan.

An email will be sent on day 5 of the trial (2 days before it ends) with the trial end date, the post-trial price, and a link to cancel.

How to cancel: For monthly or annual memberships purchased on the website, cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal linked from your account page — cancellation is immediate (no further charges) with benefits continuing through the end of the paid period. For Google Play subscriptions, cancel through Google Play → Subscriptions on your device. For trials, cancel at any time during the 7-day period through the same portal. One-time purchases and credit packs do not auto-renew and require no cancellation.

These website prices and Stripe terms apply to web checkout. Android offers and final prices are shown in Google Play before purchase. Android membership renews automatically monthly or yearly unless cancelled; the current Android plans have no free trial. In Google Play, open Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, select this app and choose Cancel subscription. Uninstalling the app does not cancel it. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally leaves membership until the paid period ends; it does not itself refund prior payments. For Play refunds, use Google Play’s refund process or contact support with the order number. Already delivered reports have their own displayed 30-day access expiry: ending membership does not shorten it, but account deletion or a confirmed refund/revocation of the funding purchase can end access earlier. Unused membership credits expire with their credit period.
